As we enter June, construction at Pinfold Gate continues to make strong progress, with several key milestones successfully achieved over recent months.

Work across the development is advancing well, with the building taking shape and internal fit-out progressing in line with the construction programme. The project team continues to work closely with contractors and consultants to maintain momentum while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are upheld throughout the build.

Pinfold Gate is set to deliver high-quality accommodation in a well-connected location, adding to 9 Property Group's growing portfolio of successful regeneration and residential developments. We are delighted with the progress made to date and look forward to reaching further milestones over the coming months.

We will continue to share updates as construction progresses towards completion.
