We’re absolutely delighted to share some fantastic news about our Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) portfolio for the 2025/26 academic year. Demand has been incredibly strong again this year, with 100% rental uptake in Nottingham and 98.8% uptake in Derby, meaning we’re practically full before the new university year has even begun.

For us, these figures aren’t just numbers. They’re a huge vote of confidence from the students who choose to live with us. Moving away to university is a massive moment, and having a comfortable, well-managed and welcoming place to live can make all the difference. Knowing that so many students trust us with that part of their journey genuinely means a lot.
